When Iโm out with my camera in a beautiful or interesting area, I sometimes get so caught up in that beauty or interest that I want to capture everything and am tempted to just point and shoot. It is then that I slow down and start to look at what is attracting me to the scene. There is usually something that stands out that can become a focal point to better capture what I see and even what I feel. When I draw attention to that point of interest using all the skills I have learned and use some or all of what is in the scene, Iโm able to tell the story of what I see.
