Shooting for food delivery apps such as Deliveroo Careen Zomato and Talabat can be quite tricky. Ive noticed that closeup shots with focus on the food item more than the photo and prop styling is CRUCIAL. But of course its equally important to keep the photo well lit, crisp , and have your brand identity in there. Personally I noticed a major increase in sales just from this small trick!

I've always liked my milk to be super thick and creamy! Here's how I make my homemade coffee creamer, rich, thick and creamy!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup almonds , soaked in water overnight
2 cups filtered water
•1 tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Drain the soaked almonds , rinse and discard the soaking water. Combine all of the almonds and fresh water in a blender, and blend the almonds until broken down and the milk looks creamy.

Strain the almond milk through a nut-milk bag / cheese cloth. You can save the remaining almond pulp for another recipe or make almomd flour!

• Move half the milk to a sauce pan and bring to boil then immediately remove from the heat. Mix the heated milk with the remaining milk. This step evaporates some of the water leaving it rich and creamy.

Store the almond milk in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. (You can freeze leftovers, if needed, for up to 3 months, too!)
