قله خاوند بلندترین نقطه در کابل و بلندترین قله رشته کوه پغمان است که ۴۵۴۲ متر از سطح آب دریا ارتفاع دارد.
قله خاوند در منطقه مرزی کابل-پروان، کنار کوتل یخک موقعیت دارد.
مسیر صعود این قله از ولسوالی پغمان ولایت کابل است که پس از عبور از بالا باغ از میان دو قریه صعود انجام میشود.
ذبیح افضلی در سال ۱۳۹۷ روز ۱ ماه جدی اولین صعود انفرادی به این قله را انجام داد.
Khavand peak is the highest point in Kabul and the highest peak of Paghman mountain range, which is 4542 meters above sea level.
Khavand peak is located in the border area of Kabul-Parvan, next to Kotal-e Yakhak.
The way to climb this peak is from Paghman district of Kabul province, after passing through Bala Bagh, the ascent is done through two villages.
Zabih Afzali made the first solo ascent to this peak on the 22nd day of December in 2018.
