I’ve missed these mountains ⛰️
This trip did not give us many calm days. The wind felt like it was punching us 24/7 — mostly storms and constant gusts, with only small windows of light in between. The last colours of autumn were there for a moment — and then gone again, swept away overnight.

It was not the Patagonia I remembered from ten years ago. This time it was raw and demanding — and that is exactly what made it memorable. Could not have asked for a better crew with and . Plenty of laughs, tough days, and a lot of good memories.

Patagonia has been on my mind a lot lately. This weekend I am flying back. Almost 10 years after my first visit and it feels a bit unreal to return 🥾

Cold but colourful days in the North - pastel skies, endless blue hours, and hours by the warm window 🫶
Winter is fading now, but I already cannot wait for the next season and to spend most of the frozen months up there again. For now, it is time for slightly warmer projects 🥾⛰️

11 years on Instagram is a strange thing to wrap my head around 😳

I posted my first photo here back in 2014, while I was living in the trunk of my car in New Zealand - just sharing whatever I was doing at the time. A friend convinced me to try this Instagram thing and I had no idea where this would lead. Looking back now, it feels like a timeline of learning: early experiments, small achievements, bigger trips, new places, new people and people that stayed, while slowly finding a voice and a style that feels like mine.

Most of what you see on my feed lately is more recent work, but this post is a little step back to some of my favourite images. The ones that remind me why I started in the first place.
