Si el cliente suspende o cambia la fecha pactada por una que ya no tenemos disponible NO SE DEVUELVE LA SEÑA. Siempre se buscará alguna forma alternativa (realizar otro tipo de servicio; pactar otra fecha) para que el cliente no pierda su dinero, así ninguna de las partes sale perjudicada.
