These aren't the clearest shots, turns out trying to take photos through a bug net and dirty glass is pretty difficult.. but I have to work with what I have and be quick because these guys are tricky! I am obsessed with them though 😍 these are native Red Wattle Birds, they have a heck of a cool squawk on them and we have been so lucky to have a pair in our backyard with their little baby! I've spent a lot of time hiding behind the blinds trying to catch shots of them chasing the minors and feeding from the bird feeder. So stoked to have some wildlife in the yard 😍🥰 hoping to get some clearer shots one day soon! Maybe one day they'll trust me enough I can come out from behind the dirty glass!

Throwback to before I jumped ship to another country. A fantail playing in my backyard 😍 I felt completely and utterly blessed anytime these guys would come to visit and could spend hours watching them play. They are such unique, playful, charismatic little birds. Absolutely beautiful.

One thing I'm still learning is my editing style. Taking a break from editing a couple other people's photos (I'm sooooo excited to be doing new puppers) to quickly throw together this photo of Lucy Loo.
