Okay, so maybe I’m not quite as put together as I make myself look online...

And honestly, I’ve spent way too much time worrying that the real me might be a little too much.

But the more I think about it, the more I realise that the silly, chatty, enthusiastic, slightly chaotic version of me is probably exactly who you want behind the camera.

Because if I can make you laugh, feel comfortable and forget about the camera for a little while... then I’m doing my job.

So yep, you’re probably going to get a few “YESSS…GORGEOUS!” and maybe a terrible dad joke or two..

And I’m okay with that now!

The beginning of a whole new chapter…

The last little season of just the two of you.
The excitement, the anticipation, all of the “can you believe we’re actually going to be parents?” moments.

And I think that’s why I loved this session with Stephanie and Peter so much.

We walked through the garden, laughing, slowing down and letting them simply be together.

There was so much love between these two and so many little moments that just felt like them.

and soon, there will be three!

It’s because you’re waiting to feel a little more like you again.

Waiting until your body feels different. Until you’ve lost a little weight. Until you’ve had more sleep. Until you feel confident enough to step in front of the camera.

But the truth is… you don’t have to wait.

Because your little ones don’t see the things you’re picking apart. They see the person who makes them feel safe and loved.

And one day, you’re going to look back at these photos and be so damn glad you were in them.

Maternity photos aren’t just about documenting your bump. They’re about documenting you in this season too… the nerves, the dreaming, the love, the excitement, the anticipation of who you’re becoming.

And if the thought of getting in front of a camera makes you feel a little awkward… that is SOO normal.

You might be wondering, how are we going to capture all of that when I feel awkward in front of the camera?

That’s where I come in.

My main focus is to make this experience of having photos the most comfortable and as easy as it can be.

Let’s face it there is only a small number of people that feel okay when a camera is pointed on them. It’s common to feel nervous and awkward.. but I am here to help. I will guide you with movements and poses that help create beautiful, romantic, powerful yet natural photos.
