Sometimes the most beautiful sessions happen when things don’t go to plan.

I’ve known Sasha since I was 14, and not long after that I met Michael. Watching their life unfold and their family grow over the years has been such a gift.

Now I get to capture these moments for them so they can hold onto them forever, which honestly means so much to me.

This was also my very first photo session in the rain. The drizzle came in, umbrellas came out, and instead of stopping us it made the whole session feel even more special.

So many genuine smiles, sweet moments, and memories captured with this beautiful family.

Pregnancy can feel long. The newborn stage can feel even longer. The tiredness, the emotions, the constant learning. It’s beautiful, but it’s also a lot.
