And that, my friends, tomorrow is the beginning of maternity leave. š„¹
After years of dreaming, waiting, hoping, doing everything we possibly could and finally getting to this pointā¦ itās time for me to put down the camera, step away from the desk for a little while, and soak up this next chapter with my family as we eagerly await the arrival of our little boy. š
Iāll be mostly offline while Iām on leave, with my inbox only lightly monitored if I feel like it, so please be patient if replies take a little, or a lot longer than usual.
A little important housekeeping: my gallery system will be paused from 14th September, which means your online galleries will be unavailable after that date. If you have galleries with me, please make sure youāve downloaded your images before 14th September.
Youāll still see plenty of beautiful photos popping up here over the next few months! I have posts scheduled to be shared, but scheduled content doesnāt mean Iām available or back at work, Iām very much still on maternity leave just trying not to be lost in the beast that is social media while I am away from it.
Iām planning to reopen photography bookings early 2027, and if youāre hoping to book with me when I return, interaction is key! Like, comment and stick around so you donāt miss me sharing when bookings reopen. š„°
And we already have some gorgeous return families waiting, with bookings made for whenever I return, so I promiseā¦ I will be back!
For now, itās time to prepare for our little boy and soak up this final little bit of being a family of three.
