I’m Alex, the Photographer behind Little Memory Lane, and I’m so excited you’re here! Adelaide has been my home for over 10 years now along with my Hubby, my son Charlie, and my two doggies. It’s the stunning beaches, nature, wineries, people, FruChocs, and little time spent in traffic that makes Adelaide shine for us (just to name a few of the many reasons!). In my spare time you’ll find me sussi

ng out gated playgrounds with my son or a new hidden gem around Adelaide, and surrounding myself with people that fill your cup (literally…usually with a coffee or wine). One of my most valuable things in life is photos - suddenly, you're back in that moment, feeling all the love, and warmth all over again. I want you to feel that magic too. I want to share in the joy of freezing these moments for you, so you can have that heartwarming feeling whenever you look back at that beautiful moment in time. Picture this… your family in a laughter-filled huddle, the “I-love-you-more-than-anything" glances, that radiant Mum-to-be glow, the brand new tiny humans stealing the show, and catching the sparkle in your eye - that’s my jam. I’m all about keeping it real and relaxed. No stiff poses or forced smiles – just you being you (personality quirks and all!), and freezing the unscripted moments in the most heartwarming and genuine way possible. These are the moments that matter, and I’m here to make sure they stick around. Photography has always has always been my happy place, and I’m thrilled to bring it to life as my business, it’s been a long time coming! A little thank you note 💛
To the people you meet in life that just cheer you on. Nothing but wanting the best for you and to see you do what makes you happy. From finally taking what has been my passion for at least 20 years, making that leap and turning it into a business nearly 3 years ago - I’m just so grateful. It’s so special to be able to show how I naturally see the spark and beauty in people, and turn it into something lovely for families to keep.

From the quick childcare drop off chats about setting up my business, to being interested in what I’m working on, helping with location scouting, telling a friend or tagging/sharing in a post, assisting me during photoshoots or choosing me as your photographer - it all makes my heart smile, and I appreciate all these thoughts, and little pats on the back.

Do I get to allocate enough time to this space? Absolutely not, and it’s sometimes such a challenging juggle. I’m not in that era of consistent creative freedom and that’s okay - shaping little minds, preparing snacks, holding tiny hands while they get to sleep, and being everything they need is where I’m meant to put most energy into 🩵

But every gallery I deliver, has been curated with love, delicate details and happy tears behind those moments you get to keep. And I love being invited into your life that way. This is such a ‘me time’ space, and I love taking it through the Era’s with me. Thank you for keeping me going and for all the little cheers of support, and moments of magic ✨

Today feels like a really lovely day to pause and appreciate the quiet strength women carry. The way we hold families, friendships, stories, and the beauty of lifting each other up. The way our connection makes us stronger.

So grateful for the incredible women and their families I meet through my work, and personal life; and the moments of love and resilience I get to witness 🤍

Three little best friends, wrapping up a year I’ll never forget 🩵

As 2025 comes to a close, I’m feeling incredibly grateful. Thank you to every beautiful family who trusted me to capture your people, your love, your everyday magic. For me, this year was about wearing all the hats - (newly) being a family of four, business life and finding moments of short term balance somewhere in between (which often felt impossible). Some days were loud and busy, others quiet and full of heart, while working late nights.

Looking ahead to the families I haven’t met yet, and the happiness these memories bring into homes, fills me with so much love for what I do, and how I can share this with you.

Here’s to friendship, family, and holding onto the moments that matter most ✨ I hope you make time to celebrate yourself, and how you have held yourself through the happenings of 2025 🎆

So these two adorable bundles of energy just met this morning during Keeping Mum Group… after half an hour of running around, playing with the babies, racing cars and playing connetix, they also asked for their photos to be taken together 📸 you may have started a bestie friendship amongst connecting Mum’s and Bub’s too! 🥰
