Hi 👋 I think it's time to reintroduce myself as I've been gone for a while
My name is Quinn – and I'm the person behind the camera of Photo Focused 📷 I'm eighteen years old and still new to this photography journey, but it's been nothing less than amazing so far. (It is a little intimidating how quickly this all took off though 😅)
I only started my photography journey professionally this year, but I've been having fun behind the camera since 2022. (Really, I've always had fun behind the camera, I used my parents camera a lot as a kid, but the interest really started when I started photography class in high school.) Photo Focused is the product of this interest – a brand that I hope will grow with me through the years as I discover where I want to take this passion.
Cosplay photography is my focus these days, but the ultimate goal is to become a motorsports (Formula One) photographer some day 🏎 This would include a move to Melbourne, ideally, but for now I'm based in Adelaide and using my free time to explore Melbourne one holiday at a time ✈ Conventions are my main shooting place at the moment, but I'm hoping to book more location shoots in the future.
Outside of cosplay, I enjoy wildlife photography ( on Instagram) and have been experimenting with some street photography – but cosplay photography has certainly been my biggest achievement this year. I'm proud of the community I have built in such a short time, and I hope to see it grow more as time goes on. I certainly have to thank some of my biggest hype people (.photography_cosplay, .riri, .to and , all on Instagram) for their ongoing support as I find my place within this community 💕
I look forward to meeting and hopefully working with many more of you in the near future 😊
