I don’t think I’ll ever forget this one.

I arrived as their photographer… and somehow left feeling like I’d been given a tiny piece of their story to carry with me.

Some weddings are big, loud and full of people… and some are just quietly, perfectly you.

These two chose to elope at the beautiful Rogasch Cottage in the Barossa, surrounded by the kind of love that doesn’t need an audience.

And then, in a moment I feel incredibly lucky to have been trusted with, I became their witness too.

I watched them make it official, then signed my name alongside theirs. And honestly, that got me.

Because I wasn’t just behind the camera capturing their memories, I was standing right there, witnessing the beginning of their marriage.

This is why I love what I do. The quiet moments. The happy tears. The little glances. And the privilege of being invited into something so deeply personal.
