This farm is the last parcel of land to be sold that was part of one of the oldest (original) Kendenup farms. The original farm spanned the other side of Albany Highway and several other areas around Kendenup.

📸 Things you notice when you photograph houses for a living…

☀️ Where the sun is
🗑️ Where the bins are
🚗 Whether the neighbour is about to park out front
🛏️ If the doona is straight
💡 The ONE light that isn’t turned on
🐕 And whether the dog is about to become the star of the shoot

Some models are easier to work with than others. 😂

To be fair, this one absolutely nailed the pose. 🐕

Just another day making Great Southern properties look their best. 😄

This time of year the weather is very challenging for photos - particularly aerials. Not very many nice sunny days at the moment. This was taken about a week ago on one of the few really nice days. (Yes, it was a busy day - 5 photo shoots plus 10 aerials that day). Looking forward to a few more sunny days (but not this week it seems!).
