Something very exciting COMING SOON! ✨

Grateful for my family who most of the time help me out when I get random ideas or when I need their help with a project, like this one. Cannot wait to show you all the finish product.

This is a little bitter sweet though as Kyanne (my cousin) was my first ever model / client when I started photography. She was pregnant with my handsome little nephew Braylen and all I wanted was to photograph her in all her glow with her big beautiful belly. Now I run a very busy & rewarding business photographing all you gorgeous people and I’m so thankful

Founded in 2023 by Mparntwe (Alice Springs) local and Luritja woman Brooke Bathern, Desert Darlin Photography is an Aboriginal-owned photography business offering professional, affordable photography services across Central Australia.

As a local Indigenous photographer and with strong cultural ties to Country, Brooke brings a deep appreciation for the desert landscape and its surrounds into her work. Her focus is on capturing natural, genuine moments of people and their loved ones through professional and affordable photography services across the region.

Since launching, Brooke has continued to develop her business with the support of Community First Development. Through a partnership with their team and volunteer Emma, Brooke undertook a focused business planning process in Alice Springs, including time on Country to discuss her vision, followed by structured planning to strengthen the direction of the business.
