There is a particular kind of beauty in watching a family become more of itself.

I photographed Georgia here while she was carrying their third baby — a little girl they could only imagine then.

Now, we’re back on the same sand.

She’s here.
And she has two blonde, curly-haired brothers utterly besotted with her.

Not a typical newborn session.
Not a session centred around the baby.

A family session — for the five of them.

Because sometimes the most precious thing to photograph isn’t the arrival of a new baby, but the way everyone else has already made room for her.

Some families you photograph, and some families you feel. 🤍

Today I had the absolute pleasure of photographing one of the most beautiful, grounded and genuinely kind families. The kind of people whose happiness and gratitude radiates so effortlessly from them.

I consider myself an emotional person, but I honestly don’t think I’ve ever sat and admired a gallery quite as much as I did theirs. Every image felt full of warmth.

Just three little previews for now, but I already know this is a gallery I’ll be coming back to admire for a long time. ✨

A little change is coming… ✨

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to gradually transition my photography business from Tide & Tribe Photography to Heritage by Georgia. 🤎

It’s still very much the same business, the same photographer and the same love for documenting people, horses, weddings and all of the little moments in between, just under a name that feels more like me and the direction I’m heading creatively.

I’ll be transitioning everything gradually, so you may see Tide & Tribe Photography and Heritage by Georgia appearing alongside each other for a little while as I make the change.

If you’ve previously tagged me in posts using , I would be so incredibly grateful if you could take a moment to edit your old tags and update them to my new account/name once the transition is underway.

Eventually, the old name may no longer direct people to my photography page, and I’d hate for anyone looking for their photographs to end up at an error page.

For all of my current bookings and upcoming equestrian events, I’ll also be asking the relevant event pages to simply mention:

Heritage by Georgia — formerly Tide & Tribe Photography

That way, when galleries are shared and people are looking for their photographs, there’s a clear connection between the old and new names.

I know rebranding can come with a few challenges, especially for a small business where so much of my exposure comes from people tagging, sharing and recommending me. So if you’ve ever had photographs taken by me, tagged my page, shared my work or simply followed along over the years, any help spreading the word would mean the absolute world to me. 🥹🤎

Even something as simple as sharing this post, updating an old tag or mentioning Heritage by Georgia when you recommend me can make such a difference while I make the transition.

✨ A last-minute cancellation turned into one of the most magical sessions.

Georgia and her beautiful family stepped in at the perfect time, and instead of chasing the sunset, we waited until it had completely disappeared. As blue hour settled in, the flash came on... and the result was nothing short of magic. 🌙🤍

The soft glow, the dreamy tones, and the love this family shares made every image feel so special. Moments like these remind me that sometimes the most beautiful light comes after the sun has set. ✨
