It looks like natures apocalypse, from beautiful lush green plants to scraggy, blackened twigs 😱 Faba beans/broad beans go through an incredible change over their life cycle, but for farmers the blackened stage is a good sign that the plants are matured, and ready for harvesting.You can almost guarantee when it has happened, that we get asked by visitors, ‘what is the crop that’s gone black in the fields’ ? It’s good that there is still fascination in nature, and what we see around us 🌱🫘🤔💫🚜
