Soooo very slack posting my work… and needing to do better… step 1, start posting 👀

Kerri reached out last year after I was lucky enough to create the Galcrest Genetics logo, looking for a second logo that would pair nicely alongside it. The direction was to create something modern and classy that would work across apparel like dark shirts and hoodies, while still giving a subtle nod to the diversity of the operation.

BKG Ag is a family owned farming business based in the Waubra region, producing lamb, beef, and a range of crops including wheat, barley, oats, and canola.

I kept the design intentionally simple, focusing on a clean and refined look that allows the brand to feel strong, timeless, and versatile across all applications.

There are subtle nods to cropping within the design, particularly through the form of the “A” and the tail of the “g”, adding meaning without overcomplicating the overall look. The typography was carefully considered to align with the Galcrest identity, creating consistency between the two brands, while still allowing BKG Ag to stand confidently on its own.

Sometimes simple works... A modern, balanced, and professional result that will work seamlessly across everything from digital to print to apparel.
