Ellen Eustice is an emerging portrait and editorial photographer born and based in regional Ballarat. Working as a hybrid photographer, Eustice creates her work through a mix of digital imagery, film (both 35mm and medium format) and regularly practices in the process of wet plate collodion photography.

It’s been a long time coming.. but I’m so excited to announce my first ever solo exhibition as part of the open program of Ballarat International Foto Biennale.

I first volunteered for the biennale 7 years ago, seeing world class photography in my hometown was mind blowing. As a student it opened up a whole new world to what photographic festivals could be and I threw my hand up to help in any way possible to see it thrive.

This years festival will run for 60 days, from August 24 to October 20th so there will be lots of time to get out and enjoy not only my work but the work of so many other talented photographers. I hope to see you all there ❣️
