Every time I visit Frenchies Bakery & Patisserie, I already know I'm about to eat something divine. No overthinking the menu, just point and go.
The standout was hands down the earl grey & cherry tart. My goodness. The perfect balance of fragrant earl grey, silky creaminess, gentle sweetness and bright, tart cherries. One of those desserts you keep thinking about long after you've left.
The leek & ComtΓ© quiche was rich, buttery and packed with flavour. The chicken pie delivered an epic golden crust, the Paris-Brest was pure heaven, and you simply can't go past the classic tiramisu or the seasonal fruit flan.
We left completely stuffed... but every single bite was worth it. Some places just never miss, and Frenchies is one of them for me.
