An inspiring group of young musicians who are keeping concert band and orchestral music alive for the next generation.

Some more of our recent work for the amazing Sydney Seaplanes Lounge Rose Bay.

After stints at 3-Michelin-star ABaC in Barcelona, Rockpool, Merivale, and Head Chef at The Boathouse Group, Sydney Seaplanes Lounge is in extremely good hands with new Head Chef Natali Mikailoğlu.

The food is absolutely incredible and it's been wonderful to be able to work with their team to showcase their seasonal menus and build an amazing photo library with them.

My takes me to some amazing locations and near Vacy in the Hunter Valley Hinterland will be hard to top this year.
