My takes me to some amazing locations and near Vacy in the Hunter Valley Hinterland will be hard to top this year.
The gorgeous Wildwood Lodge is a stunning country retreat nestled on the very edge of the Moonabung Mountain Range, looking north out over the valley below.
Think open fires, a wine in the spa with a sunset view, and waking up surrounded by nature in one of the most romantic locations you'll find anywhere.
