🎄✨ SOMETHING MAGICAL IS COMING… ✨🎄

Okay… I’ve been keeping a little Christmas secret! 🤭

Planning for my 2026 Christmas Sessions is officially underway, and I am already WAY too excited!

I’ve just ordered TWO brand-new backdrops and, oh my goodness… they are AMAZING!

But that’s not all…

I also have a very special new prop planned for this year, and I’m not giving away what it is just yet.
Let’s just say… I am so excited about it, I could burst!

If you’ve followed Lea Hardy Photography for a while, you’ll know that Christmas is my absolute favourite time of the year. I love dreaming up the sets, finding the perfect little details and watching everything come together to create a bit of Christmas magic.

I’m currently working behind the scenes on dates, times and all the little details, and as soon as everything is finalised, bookings will be announced!

For now, you’ll just have to wait a little longer to see what I have planned…

Every now and again, I step outside my usual world of photographing children and attend a group shoot. And honestly, I love it!

Group shoots are such a wonderful way to connect with other creatives, collaborate, experiment and bring beautiful visions to life through styling, lighting, props and, of course, photography.

The sets created by the fabulous Kathie from Marilyn 2 Morticia are nothing short of magnificent. These images were captured on her picturesque property in the Hunter Valley, and there was so much beauty and creativity to work with.

Some of these images have a softer, more romantic bo***ir feel. This is quite different from what I photograph most of the time, but that's exactly what makes it so refreshing. It gives me the opportunity to step outside my comfort zone, try something different and challenge myself creatively.

I think it's important as a photographer to keep experimenting, learning and allowing yourself to explore different styles. You never know where it might take you.

A huge thank you to Kathie for creating such incredible sets and to all the amazing creatives who came together to make the day so much fun!

Krysta among The Pines 🌲

Several weeks ago, I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Krysta for her upcoming Miss Charm beauty pageant. ✨

Krysta is Miss Charm Australia and will be heading off to Thailand towards the end of the year to represent Australia and compete on the international stage. 🇦🇺👑

We had such a fantastic time creating these beautiful images together, exploring some gorgeous locations and capturing Krysta’s elegance, confidence and personality along the way.

I’m so excited to share these magical images and wish Krysta all the very best for her journey to Thailand. I’ll be cheering you on! ❤️
