Whether that's a coffee in the sunshine, horse time, chasing the girls around or simply putting my phone down for a while...

Those little resets matter.

A simple guide to wedding photos you'll treasure forever

➡️ First, choose a photographer whose work makes you feel something.
Pretty photos are one thing. The right photographer will also make you feel comfortable and present.

➡️ Then, build breathing room into your timeline.
The less rushed you feel, the more natural your photos will be.

➡️ Next, trust the process.
You don't need to know how to pose. That's my job.

➡️ Finally, stay present.
Hug your people. Laugh loudly. Dance badly. The best photos happen when you're living the moment.

There’s always going to be pressure to plan the wedding you think you’re supposed to have.

But some of my favourite weddings are the ones where couples go…

“Actually, that’s not us.”

Skip the tradition. Wear the colourful dress. Get married on the farm. Spend cocktail hour actually drinking cocktails. 😂

You don’t need everyone to “get it.”
It just needs to feel like you. 🤍

Here’s an idea that might help:

Stop trying to fit EVERYTHING in.

A lot of couples get overwhelmed because they think they need every tradition, every Pinterest photo, every combination of family portraits and every little thing they’ve seen someone else do.

Meanwhile, what usually makes for the best wedding day?

More breathing room.

💘Choose the photos that actually matter to you.
💘Leave some space in the timeline.
💘Give yourself time to hug your people, drink the ch*****ne, disappear together for five minutes and actually take in what’s happening.

Because you don’t need to document every possible thing to have an incredible wedding gallery.
You need enough space for the good stuff to actually happen.
