Thinking of Publishing an eBook — I’d Love Your Thoughts!

In 1982, we set out on an unforgettable journey through the Buccaneer Archipelago in a small outboard-powered boat — navigating massive tides, cascading waterfalls, and tropical thunderstorms. It was wild, raw, and breathtaking.

I’ve often thought about turning that adventure into a short illustrated eBook — something that brings the story to life through both words and images. I’ve even put together a sample cover (see below).

What do you think?
Would you be interested in reading something like this?
Would a photo-rich eBook about the Kimberley’s coastal wilderness appeal to you or someone you know?

I’d really value your comments, thoughts, or encouragement as I consider moving forward.

It is my pleasure and I am proud to have just republished my Father’s works as a Kindle e-book. I lived and experienced many of the places and events described in these works.

Philip Schubert father’s 3 volumed autobiographical history books “Wiping out the Tracks” has just been released in e-book form on Amazon Kindle worldwide if anyone is interested in reading it. The 3 paperback volumes published originally in 1995 has been combined into a single Kindle e-book, with lots more historic photos added.

This historical autobiography Wiping Out the Tracks is a Memoir of Adventure, Resilience, and Pioneering Spirit in the Western Australian Outback. Embark on an extraordinary journey through the life of Leslie A. Schubert, a man whose story intertwines with the rugged beauty and pioneering spirit of Western Australia. "Wiping Out the Tracks" is a captivating memoir that recounts a life lived to the fullest, from humble beginnings as a young farmer in Bruce Rock to becoming one of the largest wool growers in the state and a pioneer in the iron ore industry of the Pilbara, and the Cattle Industry in the Kimberley regions of the state.
