I truly hope someone looks at you the way we looked at this place for the first time 😌
Signing the dotted line for this warehouse was one of the scariest commitments we’ve ever made. But we could see its potential. We relied entirely on a bootstrapped budget, serious elbow grease and some fb marketplace sorcery to get us to where we are today.
It’s so satisfying now looking around and seeing memories of all the work that got us here - scrubbing the paint and dirt and glue off the floors, repairing broken roof panels and holes in the floor, spending days cleaning heavy chemical grime off the windows, sanding down archway edges, painting every surface in sight, and curating the interiors.
Watching it come to life, and having it be almost exactly the vision board we originally dreamt up is the best feeling in the world, I can’t even explain it!
I am so grateful to have my genius partner by my side for this (and let’s be real, free skilled labour). you are a miracle worker and a true artist. I’m so lucky to have you ♥️
There’s still so much more we want to do, but I am taking a moment to be proud of the best decision we ever made, and the beautiful space we have created within it.
