The belly, the cuddles, the chaos, the tiny hands that definitely had their own plans for the session 😂 and one very loved little baby already right in the middle of it all.

This is exactly why I love maternity sessions that include the whole family. It’s not just about documenting pregnancy, it’s about capturing what your family looked and felt like right before everything changed again.

Soon there’ll be one more little person in these photos and I am so excited to meet them. 🥹

One thing I’ve learnt from running a small business is that you are never going to feel 100% ready.

You start before you know what you’re doing.

You make mistakes. You cringe at things you used to post. You change your pricing. You change it again. You learn what works, what absolutely does NOT work, and somewhere along the way… you get better.

I definitely didn’t start my photography business knowing how to run a business.

I just started.

And I’m still figuring things out as I go.

So if you’re waiting until you feel “ready” to start the business, launch the idea, raise your prices, post the reel or try something new…

This is your sign to just bloody do it.

Friendly reminder that the end of the year is coming… and unfortunately I cannot simply ✨ manifest ✨ more dates into my calendar.

Consider this a little warning 😂

The end-of-year rush is coming in HOT, and October, November and December are already filling up.

Every year I get those “I know this is super last minute…” messages and as much as I genuinely hate having to say no, there comes a point where little old me simply cannot squeeze another session into the calendar.

If you’ve been thinking about booking a session before the end of the year, especially if you’re wanting the photos in time for Christmas gifts, now is the time to get it locked in.

And if you’re expecting a baby in October, November, December or January, please don’t wait until baby arrives to book your newborn session! Pre-booking with your due date means I can plan space in my calendar around your little one’s arrival.

I’ll always do my best to accommodate where I can…

But unfortunately, I am yet to master the art of manifesting additional days into the year.

Very inconvenient, really. 😂

Bookings are open for the remainder of 2026 and into 2027.
