Arriving into Brisbane Airport on the 31st May 2026, Boeing B737 N836BA "Freedom Plane".
This aircraft is conducting a tour around the US celebrating the 250th Anniversary of the US Independence.
Onboard are original documents including: -
1) Original Engraving of the Declaration of Independence (1823)
2) Articles of Association (1774)
3) George Washington’s, Alexander Hamilton’s, and Aaron Burr’s Oaths of 4) Allegiance (1778)
4) Treaty of Paris (1783)
5) Secret Printing of the Constitution in Draft Form (1787)
6) Tally of Votes Approving the Constitution (1787)
7) Senate Markup of the Bill of Rights (1789)
Departing for Canberra on the 1st June it was an interesting sight to see.
As I was taking these pictures Emirates A380 in its NBA livery was towed past which made for an interesting image.
