In Home Newborn session...where my heart lies.
I’ve been a little quiet on here this year…
to be honest, socials just haven’t felt like me lately.
After finishing last year on such a high —
150+ beautiful sessions, the most incredible families, so much love in every frame…
I stepped into this year and got hit with a bit of a buzz kill.
I started this year a little quieter than usual…
a bit in my head, questioning things more than I normally would.
You know when something gets under your skin and won’t leave?
No matter how many times you remind yourself of what you’ve created, how far you’ve come… it lingers.
And for a little while, it dimmed the spark.
But maybe that’s part of it, hey.
Sometimes we get nudged off our perch so we can come back a little deeper, a little clearer, a little more sure of what we love.
And this… this is it for me 🤍

The little glances, the feeding, the settling… the real stuff.
Not perfect. Not posed.
