When you meet your heart outside of your body 🍃

I encourage Newborn sessions within the first 2 weeks after birth, when they are most sleepy and curly like this handsome little dude 😍

BUT this isn’t always possible, sometimes babies arrive ready to party, sometimes you just can’t imagine anything worse than a camera in your face while you’re still tender from the birthing suite (I feel you 🥺)

You haven’t missed the boat mama ❤️ really any age under 3 months is newborn to me and under 6 is still so teensy tiny.

💫 Divine Feminine 💫

I have been creating a few of these sessions recently and what an honour❤️

Creating a space for self love and expression. So often on our motherhood journey we lose little pieces of ourselves, we give without relent.

Sometimes this ends up with us not recognising the woman in the mirror. She’s shaped a little different, she’s a lot more tired. But she deserves all love and recognition.

Taking back your confidence, self love or sexiness on the other side of motherhood can be a fraught journey.
