I genuinely don’t know which medium I love more: photography or video. 🎥

I love creating art through photography. I also love creating videos and telling stories. They’re two completely different energies, and I’m equally obsessed with both. 📸🎥

But I will say… my back definitely prefers photography. 😂

Anyway, I do both. I love both. And apparently I also enjoy collecting expensive equipment for a living. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

She was supposed to give him this bo***ir album on their wedding day in a couple of weeks.

Instead… she lasted about two hours. 😂

Safe to say, he loved the gift. Very loudly. 🤭

Ladies, if you’re thinking about surprising your partner with a bo***ir album… just know the hardest part might not be the photoshoot.

It’s keeping your mouth shut until the wedding. 😂

Biggest thank you to my amazing client for sharing the video and letting me share it here. 😊

You’re not for everyone, and neither am I, and I’ve made peace with that. A few quick photos was never the goal for you here. I put my whole ass heart into serving you, because handing you back the version of yourself you forgot existed is the whole point.

You do not need to lose weight first.
You do not need to feel ready.
You do not need to earn this.

You just need to decide that waiting is no longer working for you.

Drop BADDIE in the comments or DM me and I will send you the info for a full bo***ir experience.

You’re in your new chapter era. Good.

Because confidence doesn’t arrive first. It shows up after you do.

Bo***ir is for the woman who’s done waiting to feel “ready”.
The woman who’s tired of hiding in baggy clothes, dodging photos, and telling herself she’ll book “when she loses a bit of weight”.
Nope. We celebrate you as you are, right now. Soft, strong, messy, beautiful, real.

You don’t need to know how to pose. You don’t need to be confident. You just need to turn up, and I’ll guide you through every second, hype you up, and show you what’s been there the whole time.

If you’re new here, follow for the behind the scenes and the real talk. ✨

The first real edit of the day is getting comfy. Bra off before the computer’s even open. Priorities 💅

Her mum flew in from New Zealand for a holiday. Ended up at her daughter’s bo***ir mini shoot. Absolutely not participating.

That lasted fifteen minutes.

What happened in that room that day was one of those sessions that reminds me why I do this work. Her daughter in the water, completely free, and her mum on the edge of it all, pulled into the moment in a way nobody planned for. The laughter was loud. The kind that makes your stomach hurt. 😄

The next Wet and Unapologetic mini shoot dates are coming and the waitlist is the only way to find out first and book before it fills. Link is in my bio. ✨

Can’t sleep because my brain is trying to convince me that buying more gear will magically make me an even better photographer. Absolute BS.

A new camera won’t make my client feel safe enough to finally stop hiding her body. A more expensive lens won’t build trust. Fancy gear won’t hype someone up when they’re shaking with nerves 10 minutes before their photoshoot.

The thing that actually makes me a better photographer is holding space for women.

Creating an experience where my beautiful clients feel safe, seen, respected and comfortable enough to let their guard down. That matters more than having the newest camera body on the market.

That’s why I’ll always invest into improving myself too. Courses. Business education. Personal development. Learning how to communicate better. Learning how to guide better. Learning how to create an experience my clients never forget. ✨

Because people rarely remember what camera you used. They remember how you made them feel.

Better gear doesn’t automatically make a better photographer.

…but unfortunately it does help and I am still a little gear obsessed 🤦🏻‍♀️👀

This weekend at the PPBN Connect Conference on the Gold Coast reminded me why I love this industry so much.

Being in a room full of photographers from completely different genres, hearing everyone’s stories, connecting, laughing, crying a little (okay maybe a lot🙈), and walking away feeling inspired, motivated and fired up to keep growing… it felt magical.

There is something so powerful about being surrounded by people who get it. People who understand the passion, the pressure, the creativity, the self doubt and the drive to keep creating art that changes people’s lives.

Huge shoutout to my favourite boss b**ch ***ir for being so open, honest and generous with her knowledge. Years of business wisdom packed into one weekend and my brain is still processing it all. I am feeling overwhelmed but also so f*cking excited to implement what I learned and continue creating an even better experience for my amazing clients and making them feel like absolute baddies in front of my camera. 🔥

Big thank you to all the speakers and sponsors for sharing so openly and making this weekend so special. One of the highlights was definitely meeting the Nikon team and having an absolute blast at trivia night ❤️‍🔥

And of course, thank you and Mark Rosetto for making this happen. Forever grateful for bringing this community together. ✨

So many women avoid being in photos because they are scared they will only see the things they dislike about themselves.

Not realising how harshly they have been looking at themselves for years. 🥺
