Last light at Lake Eden 🌅

Fresh from the camera — photographed last night at Lake Eden as the final colour of sunset disappeared below the horizon.

A 30-second exposure smoothed the water while the last orange glow gave way to the deep blues of evening.

Storm clouds building over the Gulf of Thailand during a late afternoon in Kep, with just enough sunlight finding its way through to remind us that sunset wasn't far away.

Sometimes the drama in the sky is better than the sunset itself.

It's very easy to concentrate on the grand temples and landscapes when travelling through Bali, but sometimes it's the smaller details that make you stop and reach for the camera.

Cambodia takes on an entirely different character during the wet season.

Floodwater surrounds the trees and pagoda grounds in Kampong Cham, while everything seems to turn another shade of green.

One of those scenes that could only belong to the Cambodian wet season.

Dry season was well and truly in full swing, with the morning haze softening the city skyline and turning the early light into shades of gold.

Evening settles over Sanur as the colour lingers in the sky, the tide retreats and the traditional jukungs rest along the shoreline.

And one local seems quite content just sitting there taking it all in.
