We all say we need to love ourselves first, but do we really??? Recently had this conversation with my sister as we put our intentions for 2022 in writing. Self Love came up for both of us but when we asked each other the nitty gritty question of "how" we were both stumped. So how do you put your intention of self love into practise??? After lots of discussion and pulling apart our thoughts I came up with the idea to turn my spare room into a meditation space. That afternoon I went home and found items around the house to turn the room into "my space" and I am now meditating most days.
