A stylish Robert “Nat” Young accepting his win in an early 2SM/Coke Surfabout Event in Sydney. After his 1966 World Title win in California until well into the 1970’S Nat was the gold standard of surfing, not just in Australia but around the world. Nat reinvented himself in the 1980’S winning 4 World Longboard Titles between 1986 and 1990, still surfing brilliantly on both shortboards and longboards , he remains one of surfings most powerful and enduring figures.
