William and I spent most of the day yesterday building a skill tester for his Mum and sister. We used a bunch of parts from jaycar and an old wire coat hanger. Turned out pretty great. Now we just need to make it look better hahaha.

Was a challenge to merge William's learning with Lily's yesterday. Lily needed to collect leaves and William was practising counting on. Ended up just making them both do both exercises by making an artwork with collected leaves and making them count how many leaves they needed.

William has been asking me a lot of questions about how electricity works. So I took that as a chance to teach him in context. A quick trip to Jaycar, picked up some basic elements and gave him some handwritten instructions along with some guidance and he was off. I don't think I've ever seen him enjoy anything as much as this. I'm going to need to head back to jaycar for some more elements.
