Poachers Pantry offers you the perfect venue for a country wedding, located just north of Canberra. The Homestead lawn provides a stunning spot for a twilight ceremony, under the boughs of the ancient golden elm. Drinks and canapes are served while guests mingle and enjoy the early evening light, allowing time to capture the moment in some wonderful photographs. The farmhouse cafe has room for up

to 100 guests to dine or 150 people for a canape style reception. Our beautiful marquee seats up to 200 guests, and more for a canape style wedding. Our love of good food with a focus on regional produce and personalised and attentive service will ensure your wedding is an evening to remember. The unique country setting provides a stunning backdrop for you special wedding photos. Photographs can be taken in the paddocks and vineyard, along the stunning cathedral-like avenue of Poplar trees, on the beautiful Homestead lawn and in the cafe gardens.

Our wedding open day provides the perfect opportunity for couples who are looking for a wedding venue in 2026, 2027 & 2028, as well as our current Poachers wedding couples to see the ceremony spaces setup and the garden marquee laid out for a reception. The free guided tour is as 4PM. The tasting dinner option following the tour begins at 5:45PM for 6PM dinner. Reservations are required.
