Okay ... it’s time to talk about 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄𝐒 😳😂

Because lately I’ve had a few women tell me “𝐼’𝑑 𝑙𝑜𝑣𝑒 𝑡𝑜 𝑑𝑜 𝑖𝑡 ... 𝑏𝑢𝑡 𝐼’𝑚 𝑠𝑜 𝑛𝑒𝑟𝑣𝑜𝑢𝑠.”

And I want to tell you something with a whole lot of love ... 💙

You’re SUPPOSED to be nervous 🥰

You’re about to do something completely outside your comfort zone. Of course your brain is going to start throwing things at you ...

“𝑊ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑖𝑓 𝐼 𝑙𝑜𝑜𝑘 𝑟𝑖𝑑𝑖𝑐𝑢𝑙𝑜𝑢𝑠?”
“𝑊ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑖𝑓 𝐼 𝑑𝑜𝑛’𝑡 𝑘𝑛𝑜𝑤 𝑤ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑡𝑜 𝑑𝑜?”
“𝑊ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑖𝑓 𝐼 ℎ𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝑚𝑦 𝑏𝑜𝑑𝑦 𝑖𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑝ℎ𝑜𝑡𝑜𝑠?”

Or the big one ...

Trust me, you won’t be 😉😍

Think about jumping out of a plane … half the experience is standing at the door thinking 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐀𝐋 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐋 𝐀𝐌 𝐈 𝐃𝐎𝐈𝐍𝐆?! 😳🤣

Your heart’s pounding. Adrenaline’s pumping. Every part of you is screaming that this is a TERRIBLE idea ... and then you jump 😳🫣

And THAT’S where the magic happens ✨

Bo***ir is obviously considerably safer than throwing yourself out of a perfectly good aeroplane 😂 but there’s something similar about it. Those nerves make the moment you realise ... “𝑯𝒐𝒍𝒚 𝒄𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒐𝒍𝒂 - 𝑰’𝒎 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒅𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔.” ... so much more powerful 😍🙌🏼👏🏼

And then somewhere during your session, the nerves start disappearing.
You’re laughing.
You’re having fun.
You’re feeling amazing.

And suddenly that thing you were terrified to do ... is the thing you can’t believe you nearly talked yourself out of 💙

So please don’t wait until you’re “not nervous anymore.”

Nervous doesn’t mean you’re not ready.
