Booking times are strict and it is advised that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your session for the mums to have the hair and make-up touch up. You will receive a confirmation email of your booking as well as a general guideline for you to prepare before your session. One of us will be in contact and assist you to go over everything such as outfits, props, applying basic make-up before you come in, any concerns, etc. You may use your $50 voucher towards outfit hires from Mama Rentals
SESSION DAY
Please come 30 minutes prior to your session as moms will receive their hair and make-up touch up. This will go for about 15-20 minutes. Light refreshments will be available for the rest of the family while waiting for the moms to be ready. Then the photo session will commence and LET THE FUN BEGINS! See this opportunity to celebrate moms and spend some quality time with your loved ones. We will take this opportunity to arrange a time for your photo viewing session (4th and 5th May 2022)
POST SESSION
We will present your beautiful photos during your photo viewing session. Here, we’ll able to share our favourite photos and moments. You’ll also have the opportunity to order more of our products such as digital files, framed prints and canvas

This dynamic duo will bring in, not only their 15+ years of expertise in the industry but more importantly a genuine experience to ensure that you (and your loved ones) are well taken care of from start to finish. We wanna make sure that your session will be fun and engaging so we can capture your genuine expressions. Where are the sessions held?

It is best to park in the closest side street. Please make sure your pet is clean and toilet trained. What happens if I or my kids are camera shy? We have a few tricks up our sleeves and do our best to engage with you and your kids, but if your little one is finding it hard to let down their guard we will do our very best to give the best experience yet this is all we can do for your session and time. Feel free to chat with us prior to your session about some ideas that might work so your little one feels as safe and secure as possible at the time. Apart from taking photos, see this as an opportunity to spend some quality time together. What if I am late? Session times are strict. If you’re late, unfortunately it will eat up your session. So, please come at least 10 minutes prior to your session. How long will I wait for photos and prints after the session? Your photos will be ready within 5 working days after your session. If you wish to have any other print products (Framed Prints and Canvas) these will take around 4-5 weeks to be ready.
* Due to Covid impacts on suppliers and the postal service, Jingle & Giggle cannot take responsibility if products do not come in the time frame as indicated above. Can I purchase more digital files? Yes. When you view your gallery, you will be able to easily purchase and download additional Digital Photos, Framed Prints and Canvas. Can I purchase the unedited raw files? Unfortunately, unedited raw files are not available for purchase. Is there any catch or pressure to purchase any more than this offer? Nope! If you are just wanting your Mother’s Day
photos (as stated on the original package), you can download them directly from your gallery - Thats it! We do, however, offer other products such as Framed Prints and Canvas and it’s important that our clients know about the full printing experience that we provide but client comfort is our first priority! What Covid Precautions is your studio taking? Jingle & Giggle takes health and safety seriously and we have a Covid safety plan in place. Hand sanitiser is available for each person on entry into the studio. Face masks are optional as per the current offical health regulations. All sessions will be booked 30 minutes apart to give us time to sanitise the space in between each session. Do I need to be vaccinated? Everyone is welcome! We want everyone to be able to experience our Mother’s Day session. However, if you or anyone who will be participating in the session have the slightest of symptoms, please inform us immediately and we will reschedule your session. What happens if I am or anyone who will be participating is sick on the day and have to cancel? PLEASE LET US KNOW! Due to Covid safety requirements, you are requested to cancel if you are unwell. We will honour your purchase by rescheduling your session as soon as you and anyone who will be participating are well or you may cancel your order and we will give you a full refund (Conditions apply).
