I've put together a lot of the footage I've captured over the years at Lara Wetlands. The place is one of those places that you love to come back to. I absolutely love camping and being with family and friends at Lara.

A maturing Pale-headed Rosella with a very yellow head feeding on seeds. It's amazing how much colour variations there is with these Rosellas. I've never seen one with such a yellow head. It has a red dot still on its head which is how I know it's a juvenile.

Mallee Ringneck standing on a falling old tree on the edge of Lara Wetlands. It made its way down to the water for a early morning drink before flying off in to the bush.

I see so many Red-winged Parrots in my area but never tire of seeing them. Especially the males with their extremely vibrant red wings. Lara Wetlands is a great spot to photograph these birds.
