Alex & Toby set the bar for chill. The whole day felt like a long lunch with your favourite people… just at a stunning heritage station and in the most beautiful dress.

Say hello to The Olivers 🖤 my newest fave people and honestly?? A whole entire vibe.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
These two looked at a traditional wedding and said nah. Instead they packed up their guests, headed out of town, ditched the usual venue situation and said their vows overlooking THAT view. Like I’m sorry but can we talk about that backdrop for a second 😭 Rolling hills, a river winding through the valley, and a hydrangea grounded arbour... I genuinely could not have dreamed this up.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
No ballroom, no distractions, no fuss. Just two people completely in love, surrounded by everyone they love most, doing it entirely their own way. And then absolutely losing it on the dancefloor later that night.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I was crying behind the camera behaviour fr. So blown away by these two and so grateful I got to be there for it. Luke and Kate, you are the real deal.

My first wedding back since having my little girl, and I couldn’t have asked for more. I pinch myself at every single wedding. This job is so incredibly special and I never take that for granted 🤍
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
These two had me completely smitten. Their day was so entirely them, no compromises, no doing things just because you’re “supposed to.” Just pure joy and intentionality in every single moment.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And the film from this day?? DIVINE. Part two is coming and I cannot wait to share it 🎞✨

Your wedding doesn’t owe the internet anything.
Not every moment needs to be posted, replayed, or consumed.
Choosing analog isn’t about going backwards.
It’s about presence.
It’s about meaning.
It’s about creating a day that exists just for the people in the room.

Because small doesn’t mean simple. 🤍
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you’re planning an elopement or intimate wedding and secretly worried you’ll miss out on the beauty of it all... this one’s for you.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A candlelit table dressed for an intimate gathering, set against raw rock. Oversized paper blooms catching the coastal breeze on the sand. Every single element thoughtfully, lavishly considered — because your love deserves that, no matter how many people are in the room.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That’s honestly the magic of keeping it small. Nothing gets diluted. The florals hit harder. The styling feels more personal. The whole day wraps around you.

Meg from has this ability to just... create worlds. And these details are proof that editorial, jaw dropping styling isn’t reserved for big weddings. It belongs to the couple sneaking away to a hidden beach just as much as anyone else.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you’re dreaming of something intimate but still cinematic, I would love to help make it happen 🌊

Every wedding has its chaos. The champagne, the dancing, the noise. And while everyone’s swept up in it, I find myself drifting to the edges.

The grandparents holding hands in the corner. The aunt who straightened the veil one last time, the way only someone who’s been there her whole life would think to do. The dad facing away from the room, thinking nobody clocked him.
I always find my way to them.

They’ll wave me off, tell me to go photograph someone else. Someone younger, prettier, more interesting. But honestly? These are often the most important frames I’ll shoot all day.
Because sometimes, and nobody knows it yet when I press the shutter, that quiet portrait becomes the photo. The one that ends up framed at a memorial. Tucked into an order of service. The one someone pulls out years later when they just need to see that face again.

Weddings have never just been about the couple to me. They’re about the people who built everything that led to that moment. The ones standing at the back of the room, proud and a little overwhelmed, hoping no one’s looking.

I love the big stuff too. The editorial shots, the movement, the mess of the dancefloor at midnight.

But those still, unguarded moments on the sidelines?
They hit differently. Always have. Always will.

2026 is the Year of the Horse — and if that isn’t a sign, I don’t know what is.

Strength, wide open spaces, golden light on dusty roads. That’s the kind of beauty I get to chase every time I pick up my camera. And it’s exactly the kind of day I want to help you create.

If you’re planning a wedding this year that feels like home — unhurried, warm, rooted in something real — I’d love to be there for it. The kind of day where the landscape is part of the story, where the light does something magical at dusk, and where the love between you two is the whole point.

I have a few dates left in 2026. If you’re dreaming something up, let’s talk. ✨

Abbey & Keegan, married on red earth, with Uluru watching on.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some weddings aren’t about trends or timelines — they’re about place, intention, and letting the landscape do the talking. This one still feels just as considered now as it did then.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Grateful to have documented it, and to see it featured by Vogue 🤍

I’ve been getting a lot of messages from photographers asking to second shoot at my weddings, so I wanted to share this openly 🤍

When I bring someone onto a wedding day with me, they need to be a seasoned professional who can confidently handle the full flow of a wedding.

My clients are trusting me with something incredibly important — and I don’t take any risks with that trust.

Because of that, I only work with experienced second shooters.

Every decision I make about who I work with is made with one thing in mind:
your memories, your experience, and your peace of mind on the day.

I do love supporting emerging photographers in other ways — like mentored BTS roles or behind-the-scenes support — where learning happens through service and contribution, without responsibility for a couple’s wedding memories.

If you’re a photographer, save this for later.
If you’re a couple, this is one of the many ways I protect your experience 🤍

And if this resonates with you, feel free to share it with someone who needs to hear it.

Do you think weddings are a learning space?

If you’re looking for an excuse to jump in the car with your young family and finally get hitched without the fuss, here it is!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Gemma & Matt hired out an Airbnb just down the road from their own property, rounded up their beautiful blended family, and said their vows under the most incredible arbour they had built themselves, adorned with homegrown flowers from their garden and the stunning blooms from .
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My favourite part of their ceremony? How intentional and grounded it felt and how beautifully real it all was. As they stood hand in hand, their youngest daughter softly, and repeatedly, sang “let’s go back inside” in her sweet little voice before popping herself right under Gemma’s dress just in time for the first kiss. There was laughter, happy tears, and that unmistakable feeling of this is exactly how it’s meant to be. 💛
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The girls wore beautiful dresses from , Gemma was an absolute vision in , and the whole family rocked matching Blundstones. It was a SERIOUS vibe and I’m still not over it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
After the ceremony, they headed to Red Rock for a few portraits together, red earth underfoot, that soft golden hour light, and a family still buzzing from what they had just shared. No rush, no posing for the sake of it, just a slow afternoon letting it all sink in.
