Hey guys and girls
I haven’t done a “about me” post yet so its about time I do!
Hi Jason here 🤓
I have had an interest in photography for close to a decade now and I have always had a large interest in street/ documentative photography I love work from and to name a few.
I loved seeing these artists express their or others cultures and lives. I loved capturing the same but never saw it as an avenue to make business out of.
Fast forward to now I’ve moved to Fremantle and found myself surrounded by so many beautiful people. I kept finding myself speaking and talking about them and their businesses wanting to talk them up and share all the awesome things they are doing. I brought this up with a good friend and she gave me a kick in the but and said “why TF aren't you shooting these people!?
I mean it made sense right!! I was seeing all these creatives making these small businesses and sharing their talents with each other and I was there just going :O wow good on you guys! I was not doing anything about my own, but not only that, shooting these people is such a fantastic way to share their passions too and what better way to do it.
I have so much inspiration from all these people i’m surrounded by now I have this drive to share them all and their stories.
I found a new interest in portraiture that I didn’t know I had, I love shooting really close intimate work that breaks down walls and shows a bit of the real you.
So here I am, back on the camera! And I am taking bookings now!
