I hope you’re all having a cozy day enjoying this rain

I just wanted to come over here and introduce myself, Hey I’m Alanah Photographer based here in the Lockyer Valley I’ve been behind the lens for almost 8 years, even studying photography at uni.

I wanted to start Figgy Photo Co to focus on Families and Couples photography, shot in a way that isn’t stiffly posed and unnatural. Instead capturing your love and connection in a way that feels cinematic and authentic.

Figgy is a space for memory.
For the soft moments you might not realise you’ll miss one day, the way hands find each other, the quiet in-between, the feeling of home.

My imagery focuses on warmth, connection, and those fleeting moments that deserve to be held onto. Nothing stiff or over-posed. Just honest, lived-in stories.

Figgy is for families, couples, newborns and maternity.
For elopements and micro weddings that are intimate, intentional, and deeply personal.

The Figgy experience is relaxed and gentle. I’ll guide you when you need it, step back when you don’t, and create space for you to simply be yourselves.
