What an absolute pleasure it was to photograph the 2nd annual Corio Bay Dancesport Festival at Norlane ARC last weekend.

From the grace and glamour on the dance floor to the incredible energy throughout the event, every moment was a joy to capture. Events like this remind me why I love candid photography — preserving those genuine, fleeting moments that tell the real story.

Of course, fast-paced movement and challenging lighting can test any photographer, but the Canon EOS R5 Mark II rose to the occasion, delivering clarity and helping create some truly beautiful images.
