Today marks 13 years since I launched myself online, I actually had to do the sums on that multiple times in disbelief. // 13 years ago I launched a blog, MB Captured, sharing decor, wedding decor and some of my graphic design work. I have no intention of launching a business from it, but only a couple of years later I would open my books for graphic design and photography services.
It makes me a little emotional to look back and see what I have achieved in my business since then, I dreamt I would be where I am today. Proof that chasing your dreams and doing things you love, might sound cliche but exist for a reason. And soppy words aside, I’ve also learnt SO MUCH about business and marketing in that time, through working with PR agencies, national brands and small businesses and events I’ve seen it all (and it’s back with Post Grad Business studies).
My business coach said to me a few years back, I can’t wait for you to go into the coaching space, you were made for it. I think there is no time like now to launch and announce that.
