Slide 10 is how we all parent anyway, right? 😬🙃

It’s always good to have a little workplace training refresher, and who better to do it with than your own flesh and blood, hey? 🫠

Your kids are infinitely easier to photograph than my own, so if you’re worried about how they’ll behave, don’t be. We all know it’s a completely different game when it’s your own children in front of the camera.

There hasn’t been a mid-session wobble a snuggle or a bribe hasn’t fixed for me yet 🤞🏻.

Who said maternity sessions are only about the bump?

Your maternity session can absolutely be about your growing bump… and still include the people who made you a family in the first place.

I’ve photographed this beautiful crew before, and now I get to help them celebrate their next big chapter too.

Kayla wanted some beautiful solo portraits to remember her final pregnancy, but this story isn’t just hers. It’s theirs.

So we captured both.

The quiet, editorial moments. The cuddles. The excitement. The little hands already loving on their baby before they’ve even met.

Because one day, you’ll look back at these photos and realise they were the very last ones of your family exactly as it was.

And somehow, once baby arrives, it feels impossible to remember a time they weren’t always part of it.

I’m a sucker for a love story, especially one like this 🤎

There’s something really special about photographing people who are still completely obsessed with each other after 10 years, two kids and a whole life built together.

This session felt less like taking photos and more like giving them permission to just be with each other for a breath.

And I feel very lucky to have played a part in that for them.

It’s not often he picks up the camera to capture me (am I right, mama?! 😉) but when he does, I treasure it, even if I’m in my PJs, hair messy, sleepy eyes.

This little guy has been an absolute star after a little op to remove his tonsils this week. Most of the time you wouldn’t even know he just had surgery. He is big on practicing his alphabet and kisses at the moment and I’m not mad about it 🥰

As he went to sleep tonight he said to me, “I love you mama, you’re my best friend” and man 🥹, now I can live to fight another day being his snack slave 🥰. Well played kiddo, well played.

Shooting in full sun is kinda my fave thing now ☀️

Part II of the maternity session I led at The is here - featuring Jasmine laying about in dandelions in the sunshine.

After several indoor looks - styled with clothing - we headed out to get amongst nature for our final shots.

Getting back to basics is always where I find the most creativity flows for me, so with just these stunning crochet pants and a hat, we showcased the beauty that is a woman in full bloom, simply.

If you’re up for a frolic in the sun and the flowers, I’m all about it. Now booking maternity sessions at 30-34 weeks through to mid-2026.
