We have an exciting opportunity for a casual team member to join our Customer Care Team as part of an exciting new phase for our business.
We’re seeking a motivated, reliable individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating clearly, and being part of a team that supports the production of high-quality books and printed products for our expanding base of global and local clients.

📍Location: Eastmon Business Centre, Bourke St, Glen Innes
🕒Employment Type: Casual (Monday–Friday, with potential weekend work in peak season)
💰Pay & Benefits:
• Starting Adult Pay: $32.31 per hour
• Additional Benefits: Opportunities for advancement for the right candidate

🔧Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, delivery timeframes, and services
Investigate and resolve customer issues or complaints with a solution-focused approach
Liaise with Production, Dispatch, and Sales teams to provide feedback on issues
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems
Assist with after-sales support, including reprints, credits, or quality concerns
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes
Uphold brand standards and ensure every customer interaction reflects Photo Create’s commitment to quality
