Update on Our page...
After extensive discussions within our small family business and reaching out to Facebook Meta, we have opted to create a new page. This decision was necessary to get back on track with our monthly sales, discounts, and coupon codes while maintaining a connection with our valued followers—your support truly means everything to us.
As a small family-run business dedicated to supporting the photography and scrapbooking communities throughout Australia, we have decided to merge our pages—Shadows Photo Printing, Shadows Photo Scrapbook Printing, and Shadows Photo Canvas Printing—into one unified page, now named SHADOWS PHOTO PRINTING FAMILY COMMUNITY HUB!
We brainstormed how to make this work effectively, and the idea of a single page emerged where we can host our monthly promotions, sales, discounts, and coupon codes and keep you up to date on what is happening at Shadows Photo Printing!!

We are saddened to say that we are no longer active on our page, Shadows Photo Printing, due to a technical issue that has occurred on Meta's end. We have always stayed up to date with their community policies and standards. This has caused us many sleepless nights working hard to get this sorted with the help of our IT support and web dev, with no response from Meta support after weeks of trying to contact them to sort the issue. This is why we are now doing a monthly newsletter called Shadows Photo Printing Family Community Newsletter. The newsletter will have all our monthly sales, discounts, and coupon codes! So, you can still get the amazing deals on all your photo printing, photo canvas printing, and scrapbook page prints. You can subscribe to our newsletter, and it will only be emailed out once a month, as we do not want to overload you with lots of emails. We are also creating a page on the website so you can see them as well. We apologise if we have missed anyone's messages or comments on our page. We are still working on this technical issue with Meta, hopefully sorted out soon!

We are back online!
A heartfelt thank you to our web host and web developer for their exceptional efforts.
Our web host has confirmed that no credit card information is stored in the database, which eliminates any risk to your cards.
We also reached out to our payment gateway, Stripe, and they assured us that there have been no attempted logins or actions regarding anyone's credit cards!
Furthermore, we contacted Afterpay, and they verified that there were no attempted logins or affected payments.
We are especially thankful to the customers we called to inform them of the situation; they were very understanding and appreciative of our outreach.
We are incredibly relieved that no one has been impacted, and we are back up and running as normal.
