❤️Red Nose Day❤️
In March, my dear friends faced the unimaginable when they said goodbye to their precious baby boy, Alfie, at just 28 weeks. I had the honour of capturing some of their first and only photographs together, a gift no parent should ever need, but one that becomes sacred when memories are all that remain.
Today, on Red Nose Day, we honour Alfie, and the thousands of babies who are born sleeping, taken suddenly, or die unexpectedly each year. We also stand with the families who carry this grief every single day.
This month, a group of us have been walking 3km a day as part of the Red, Set, Go Challenge to support the incredible work the Red Nose Foundation does for bereaved families and research into prevention.
If you’re able to, take a moment today to learn more about Red Nose Australia , support their life-changing work, or simply hold space for the families who know this pain.
