After years of renovations and decorations and all sorts of crazy adventures, it has time for us to sell our own house. So with full hearts and great pride in our work, we would like to present to you 16 Kincardine Drive, Benowa Waters.
What a place!

It is simply impossible to live in this enchanted corner of the world and not be completely utterly unapologetically head-over-heels in love with this place. Some of the best memories we shared all happened here. Dangling our feet off our deck while feeding a pair of black swans, frequent visitors, and welcomed pets to the whole neighbourhood. Or driving our boat to and from the shoreline, while enjoying the sunsets and glasses of wine with good friends. All these amazing experiences would not have happened if it wasn't for this extraordinary place.
It is hard to say goodbye, but we hope that whoever lives here after us will love and care for it as much as we did.

Another gorgeous acreage property on Lamington National Park Road in Canungra!
There is a very long list of reasons why I love my job and some of the very top ones would have to include meeting beautiful and interesting people. The owners of this gorgeous property were indeed very special and multi-faceted individuals. They had great stories about their life's adventures, places they travelled to and things that they have done! Their home was a testament to those adventures. It was filled with exotic memorabilia, its walls adorned with kaleidoscopic photographs of remote locations! It was truly a joy to hear some of their stories and to be inspired by them!
The Video was aimed at showing just a bit of their lifestyle as well as the property itself. It was a fun shoot and we were only too sorry that we could not include more of the amazing and humorous shots that we ended up with.

This brilliant project comes from a great long-term partnership with Ray White Nerang and Simon White Property Team. These two properties went on the market at different times, as a result of which this promotional video had more than a few updates along the way. The original video was created for the Manitzky acreage. A tremendous multi-generational avocado farm, that had a lot of heart to it. When filming that property, it was impossible not to fall in love with its natural beauty and its free spirit, its history and the magnificence of these trees.
A second property had a postal address of the Main Western Road but backed onto the Avocado Farm and so, we were asked to add the features of that gorgeous venue to the video.
In the end, we hope that we have captures some of the magic of this magnificent area and these spectacular properties.

I always find it a great pleasure to photograph a unique country home and this one was a great pleasure indeed! Personal and loving touches everywhere. A great view from every window! Plenty of light and fresh air!
