A day surrounded by inspiring women!

I can’t believe I finally got the chance to meet this beautiful soul, the face behind and one of my biggest inspiration.

I was introduced to the fitness world by my boyfriend and one day he asked me “what is your goal, what kind of body do want to achieve?”. I knew what I wanted to improve but didn’t have an immediate response, so I took some time to think.

I always liked how bikini competitors looked so I started researching more about it, about the events and it’s previous winners. I saw a lot of amazing women but there was only one that really caught my eye. It was her, . Such a strong and yet feminine physique. That’s it. I found my inspiration.

However, that grew into much more than that, more that just how she looked. She helps and inspires women to become the best version of themselves, created a space for women to support and learn from each other and is a huge inspiration business wise, plus such a kind human being.

It was great being on the first MWU live event surround by likeminded women and learning even more.

I also got the chance to meet who is another amazing and inspiring person!

I couldn’t help but smiling all day long.

Thanks for the opportunity Rachel, and I’m looking forward to the next one!
