Picturesque, pretty & popular💛

So relieved to finally be able to share some more photos from Perth — aka meaning that I’m actually getting a chance to work on my editing queue😅

Since April 10th, I’ve spent 36 days away from home in total. The interstate blitz was daunting to look at at the start of the year but now that I’m on the other side I couldn’t be happier. So many new dogs photographed, so many new sights seen, so much reward from so much travel. The next two months will be a lot of minutes spent in front of my laptop as I work tirelessly to get everyone’s photos to them before I jet off again to Canada & the US! Looking forward to sharing the galleries with everyone between now and then🥺

7 dogs. 6 shoots. 6 days. One amazing trip to remember🥺

It’s pretty well-known that Sydney was neglected for the longest time and I definitely didn’t hear the end of it from my NSW friends. It just didn’t appeal to me or what I aim for with my photography. Why go to Sydney when I already live in Melbourne anyway? Home is busy enough and the vibe is rather similar. I wouldn’t be experiencing anything new, right?

It’s fair to say that despite my long-standing reluctance to come to the Harbour Town, I was truly missing out on something magical. Despite the first shoot having been cancelled due to intense fog and irresponsible dog owners, this trip was so memorable. From crystal mornings at the Opera House to pristine beach runs under roaring plane engines, I truly enjoyed every moment here — even more than I’d like to admit. I guess I just needed to give this city a chance.

Thank you so much to those who booked with me during this first trip up! You’re the reason I’m leaving NSW feeling fulfilled and the reason that covering the distance was well worth it! I wouldn’t want to come back if it wasn’t for you all🩵

Sydney has left an impression. A return is inevitable. But right now it’s time to lock into 3 interstate trips worth of editing until Canada & the US calls my name!

Sydney, Sydney, Sydney, who would’ve thought I’d like it here🤣

After putting off coming here for a long time, I’ve been pleasantly surprised with how much I’m actually enjoying it! The photos I’ve taken so far have been incredibly memorable, especially this morning’s shoot at the Opera House ft. the Harbour Bridge! It was also nice seeing both landmarks for the first time ever and being a little bit of a tourist😆

Now to complete the next 4 shoots before driving home on Friday!

Is it fair to say that this log was the MVP of this trip? I reckon so because THIS PHOTO😍😍😍

I seriously couldn’t have asked for a better client to have ended off this trip with — and ESPECIALLY because of the photos this shoot produced! It’s also ultra special because had travelled up to the Goldy and decided to have another shoot with me whilst there! This makes Banks the second dog to have been photographed by me in two different states (VIC & QLD)🤍

The gallery will take your breath away! Cannot wait to share more!🥺

The first trip of the year to my favourite place — and boy do you guys keep coming out for me! I had many return clients and multiple newbies! From Frenchies to a Dane, I got a wide variety of dog breeds at different locations! And damn did we get lucky with the sunrises and sunsets during those last couple days😍

Massive thank you to .n.sniper for letting me stay at yours for the second week! You’re seriously the best! Love ya🫶🏼
