It’s pretty surreal seeing my little business amongst so many incredibly talented wedding creatives from across Australia and New Zealand. When I started photography, I never really imagined moments like this — so it feels pretty special to take a step back and appreciate how far this business has come.

To all the couples who have trusted me with such an important part of their story, thank you. And to everyone who has shared my work, recommended me, cheered me on or simply followed along, I appreciate it more than you know.

Last week I had the sweetest little in-home newborn session with this beautiful family, photographing all those tiny details that change far too quickly.

There’s something so special about photographing babies in the comfort of their own home. Slow mornings, sleepy cuddles, tiny fingers and toes, and all the little in-between moments that make this season so fleeting.

No rushing out the door, no unfamiliar studio … just your family, exactly as you are, in a space that already feels like home. 🤍

There’s something about the moments in between that I’ll always love most.
The little squeeze on the arm or around the waist.
The bouquet held a little differently than planned.
The way you naturally lean into each other when you forget the camera is even there.
Not every photograph needs to show the whole story to tell you exactly how it felt.
And while we’ll absolutely make time for those beautiful, golden-hour portraits you’ll want hanging on your walls forever… I’ll always be looking for these little in-between moments too. 🤍
